Carla Bergianti works as a consulting attorney, as a specialist clp schweiz for collaborative law (clp lawyer), and as a mediator in inheritance and family law. She supports her clients in particular in marriage and inheritance planning, the drafting of a wide variety of tailor-made family and inheritance contracts, and in maintenance law issues. A particular focus of her work is on alternative dispute resolution, whether in the context of joint counseling, clp proceedings, or mediation. In addition to her work at DAVATZ LEGAL, Carla Bergianti serves as a district judge at the Horgen District Court. She regularly publishes and lectures on family law.
