Dr. Lars Hochstein practices in all areas of inheritance and family law, both in an advisory and litigation capacity. In inheritance law, his work focuses on national and international estate planning and settlement, as well as representation in inheritance disputes. In family law, he advises on the contractual structuring of marital and non-marital cohabitation, represents clients in matrimonial protection and divorce proceedings, and handles matters relating to children as well as emergency and pension planning.
