Nadine Schmid has worked with DAVATZ LEGAL for many years, and since becoming an attorney, has been working in both advisory and litigation capacity. Her focus is on inheritance law, including national and international estate planning, national and international estate settlement, representation in inheritance disputes and the assumption of executor mandates. Her other preferred areas of practice include family law, in particular matrimonial property law, emergency and pension planning, contract law and lifetime wealth planning, as well as aspects of real estate, foundation and tax law related to these areas.
