During her many years as a certified specialist in SBA inheritance law and as a corporate attorney at a leading Zurich commercial law firm as well as in her own practice, Debra Davatz has focused her work on national and international matrimonial and inheritance law, estate settlement and distribution, succession planning for businesses and assets and foundation law.
Debra Davatz is recognized for her extensive experience in advising companies in the areas of corporate, commercial and contract law, not least thanks to her previous work for the task force group of the Zurich Commercial Register Office and her work at a leading Zurich commercial law firm. She also supports various companies in restructuring and advises start-up companies.
Debra Davatz regularly lectures on inheritance law in Switzerland and abroad and is a lecturer for the Swiss Association of Trustees as well as a course instructor for the Minerva Schools.
